Disclaimer
A starting point, not legal advice. This wording was drafted for a dance-fit class business; check it reflects your own services before relying on it.
This website is information, not instruction. Reading these pages isn't exercise guidance for your specific body and circumstances. That happens in the room, where I can see you, adapt moves for you and keep an eye on how you're doing.
Exercise carries some risk, and honesty matters more than hype. Dance-fit is a moderate cardio workout, and like any exercise it isn't automatically right for everyone. If you're pregnant, managing an injury, living with a heart condition, or you experience chest pain or serious dizziness during exertion, please speak to your GP or midwife before your first class, and tell me too. Low-impact options exist for every move and using them is completely normal here.
I teach classes; I don't give medical advice. Nothing I say in class or on this site replaces the advice of your GP, physiotherapist, midwife or any other clinician. If they've told you something about exercise, their word wins, every time.
No body promises. You will not find weight-loss claims, transformation guarantees or before-and-after anything here, because that's not what this class is for and not how bodies work on a schedule. What I can honestly promise is a well-planned, properly taught, genuinely joyful 45 minutes. The words from class members on this site are shared with permission, anonymised, and describe their own experiences rather than guaranteed results.
A note on the loudness. This site is loud because the classes are loud. Behind the noise sits a Level 3 qualified, first-aid trained, fully insured instructor who takes your safety completely seriously. Both things are true at once, and that's rather the point.
